You should also be careful to use a more conversational tone with your writing. While this is meant for business, you want to put people at ease. The more authoritative you sound the less likely it is theyll be able to connect with what you have to say. Write as if youre talking to someone else about your company.
Once all the writing is taken care of have as many people as you can proofread through it. Theres nothing worse than a grammatical mistake in a brochure that youve spent a lot of money working on. It might just take an extra pair of eyes to catch all those mistakes you mightve missed.
