Pesticides, home building materials and home furnishings are all often very toxic products even though most of us use them. We are discovering more and more how very toxic they are. If we have strong bodies, and are not exposed to that many chemicals, our bodies will just get rid of them. But today most of us are overloaded with toxins in our air, our foods and our water, so any ways we can look for to reduce our exposure to these chemicals can help us to get healthier and help us to avoid cancer.
